FAQWhat happens when my child is sick?
You must inform BFA staff within 24 hours, in order for your child to be able to do a makeup session within the 10 week period. How do I inform the BFA when my child is to do a makeup session? As long as it’s during the 10 week period and not on your registered day, you are free to attend any session we provide What happens if the session is cancelled e.g. bad weather? You must confirm with BFA staff at least 30 minutes before the session to see if it’s going ahead. If it’s cancelled then you can make up the session during the 10 weeks. What happens when my child misses a session without notifying the BFA? The session is lost. What happens when it’s Public School Holidays? On school holidays it is up to you to find out when the BFA holidays are on, as different schools have different times. Please keep in mind that weekend sessions still continue. Please refer to our website for holiday session times. What happens if we have gone away e.g. Holidays? If you are going away, you must plan ahead and do some makeup sessions before you go, or when you get back, as long as it’s within the 10 weeks. What happens on Public Holidays? We are open on all public holidays, though we are shut from 20th December to 12th January. What happens if my child suffers a long term illness e.g. broken limb? You must notify BFA staff immediately and we will hold your child’s remaining sessions until he/she recovers. What happens if we are going overseas / interstate for a long period of time? Depending on circumstances, we can either arrange makeup sessions or hold your child’s remaining sessions. Who do I contact? Hector Martinez 0414 722 556 |
